Hi, I’m Sarah Jane!

I’m an integrative psychotherapist with a focus on psychodynamic and humanistic approaches. I believe the therapeutic relationship is central to healing, and I aim to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where we can work collaboratively to understand you and the challenges you may be facing.

My approach is tailored to your unique needs, drawing on a range of modalities depending on what best supports you. Together we explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and relationships — this can include how past experiences and patterns may be influencing your present.

This process can bring greater insight into what’s holding you back and help you move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.

I don’t offer quick fixes or advice. Instead, I support clients in gaining insight and self-understanding as a foundation for meaningful, long-lasting change. Therapy is a space to be deeply heard and to come into closer contact with parts of yourself at a pace that feels right for you.

  • Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Psychotherapy & Counselling
  • Advanced Diploma in Jungian Studies

I offer sessions online and work 1-1 with adults.
