Gillian Crossett
Fully Qualified Adult Counsellor | 20+ Years of Experience
Hi, my name is Gillian. I am a fully qualified adult counsellor and have been helping people for two decades. I am trained in a variety of approaches including Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy.
I believe that one size of therapy does not fit all, and I tailor therapy to fit you, the client, to ensure you benefit fully from our time together.
My approach is straightforward — I will hold your needs at the centre, and together we will build a trusting relationship to work from.
I look forward to working with you in the future.
